
Astitva Foundation conducts skill development activities for school-going children with the objective of supporting experiential and activity-based learning. These activities are designed to introduce students to practical learning sessions that encourage the development of essential skills such as communication, creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving. The sessions are structured to be age-appropriate and interactive, enabling students to actively participate through hands-on exercises and guided interactions.
The skill development programme was implemented for students of Zilla Parishad School, Lavale, Pirangut, Mulshi Taluka, Pune District, Maharashtra.
The initiative focused on hands-on exercises that boosted students’ self-confidence, improved classroom engagement, and strengthened essential life skills contributing to their holistic development.
In addition to this school, similar skill development initiatives were implemented across various schools in the Pune region, extending the programme’s reach and impact.
